The worst experience, do not hire them they are horrible. Closed on my first home and they threw my stuff outside in front of my new home due to a misunderstanding about me needing to pay them cash once the items were at the front door .
THIS MOVING COMPANY SUCKS!!! They were hours late, showed up with less men than promised and took absolutely forever. They said they were taking a 30 min break and were no where to be seen or heard from for over an hour. They also broke my deceased grandmothers desk, and argued with me that it wasn’t broken. When I complained to them, they continued to argue that it wasn’t their fault and that the desk was already like that (this desk has been in my family 50 years). Movers damaged my night stand beyond repair, broke the edge of my my dining table and chip bed footboard. Then had the nerve to offer me $30.00 for the the damges. Do not do business with them.
Let me start by saying that this review comes after hiring them for 4 moves. The first experience with them, amazing. The quality continued to decline but this last experience was absolutely TERRIBLE! To start we were quoted $650. Our movers moved very slowly, and were pretty rude to my husband and I. (Keep in mind that my husband and I helped carry out furniture and boxes both in and out of their truck) The movers took a 45 min break in between our old house to our new house, which was only a 10 minute drive away.
