I had a terrible experience with Johnny Lewers Smash Repairs. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional and careless. The receptionist, Michelle, was extremely rude and unhelpful every time I interacted with her, definitely not someone who should be the face of any business. After getting my car back the first time, it still had lots of issues, so much so I had to take it back in because the initial job was so poorly done. Had a great experience with my car! Car looks better than what it did before the accident, they let you know every step of the way and were fast with the repair. Highly recommended them!

This team did a great job with my car after a crash - she looks better than brand new! Not only did they keep me in the loop at all times, but they were friendly and respectful. Personally I hope I never crash again, but if anything happens I’ll ask to be sent here again 10/10 x
