SERVICE ENDS AFTER THE SALES! Purchase two sofas and an ottoman On November 29, 2024. Took delivery of them on February 21, 2025. On February 23 or 24th notified the store there is an issue with the ottoman top. I was given a number to call for their service company, ServeCo Service. By the way this company has a one star rating for service. After going back-and-forth with the SercoCo several times they finally ordered a part (generic email) ottoman top. Good experience today while looking for a new recliner. Ryan was very helpful and allowed me to look around on my own without pressure while staying in sight in case I had questions. Looking forward to receiving my new recliner.
