This is worst customer orientation that I have seen in any service business. I have had a 2 year service maintenance contract with this AC company and have seen it go from bad to worst over the last year. You can't get a service visit from these folks, they are crude and speak to you like you are a begger. Trust me you literally need to beg the in house secretary to set up an appointment.
