Just had a catalytic converter replaced at this place for my old 1997 BMW - 328 - drove in with no appointment not expecting immediate service but in less than two hours had a new one in place, very friendly - informative and professional, including great price.
My usual repair shop said to take my muffler issue to Johnny Franklin's in SR. Finally, I was able to get over to Marin so they could look at it and within a few minutes they fixed my issue and I was on my way. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I can’t recommend this place enough. The service is incredible; I always feel like my car in good hands when I stop by Johnny Franklin’s Muffler. There was one time I stopped in with a concern, got my car briefly checked out, and because it was deemed minor, I wasn’t charged anything! You can expect good people behind the counter who are looking out for you and your car- not trying to cheat you.
