Johnny is really helpful and he is really great to work with. He was prompt and thorough in helping me with my Homeowner's insurance policy. He was easily reachable whenever I had additional questions and available to facilitate any subsequent changes to my policy. He is also great at following up with any remaining pending matters. Johnny is a highly skilled professional in his craft. He gave us excellent advice and helped us save money on our auto insurance with another company. Then found us the best homeowners policy that worked best for us during these trying times of increased forest fires.Â
Johnny has been my insurance agent for a while. He is busy but will get back to you and get the job done. Just keep following up with him via text. Sadly the insurance companies take most of our money not the agents, so have to live with exploding prices.Â
Johnny is a very friendly person that is very outgoing. As an insurance agent he tried to help us find a good homeowners policy. However things didn't work out no fault of Johnny's but Farmer's insurance companies fault. Johnny sadly couldn't help us resolve the problems so I had to find another insurance company.
