Guys be aware of these people. Very unprofessional. They did work at my house for around 40 minutes . Next day I got invoice from them which I didn’t understand because on the invoice they charged me for 2 hours and some extra dollars which didn’t even mentioned on the invoice So I called them . If you look at Johnny Cool Darwin reviews you will see there are none less than 11 months old. Johnny Cool underwent new ownership last year and since the positive reviews have dried up. I called Johnny Cool in November to fix a faulty aircon. They didn’t look at the unit and just diagnosed the fault from the light sequence.. The did fix the fault temporarily and I paid them, but after a few days the aircon broke again, and the lights showed the same fault sequence.. I requested they come back to fix. Mitchell the Technician was outstanding. Had an issue with his kit, was not flustered at all and apologised. I told him no apology needed. Excellent customer service, very punctual. As always another great experience with these guys. See you in six months

Best aircon service in darwin, tried a few previously. Have used these guys for past 6 years, Kudzai has come for the past 5 years, he is great! Ask for Kudzai if you want the best service! Im sure all the staff are also great.
