Mitchell the Technician was outstanding. Had an issue with his kit, was not flustered at all and apologised. I told him no apology needed. Excellent customer service, very punctual. As always another great experience with these guys. See you in six months

Best aircon service in darwin, tried a few previously. Have used these guys for past 6 years, Kudzai has come for the past 5 years, he is great! Ask for Kudzai if you want the best service! Im sure all the staff are also great.

Bedroom aircon conked out and these guys were on the Fujitsu list. Had the best reviews and I can see why. Punctual (arrived at 0715h and I was able to still get to work on time!), polite, tidy and just quality work the way you want it to happen. From the office point of view, they are organised and meticulous and really nice to deal with. Will be using them again when I need to get the aircons cleaned.
