Our home warranty company sent this gentleman out to fix a broken pipe in our yard. He was supposed to arrive between 11am to 3 pm we had to call him about 2 pm to find out if he was coming still since we had no water for over 24 hrs. My husband had to turn it off since leak had gotten worse. He showed up and submitted info to warranty company, we paid our fee to him for diagnosing the issue. Do not pay more than a third of the cost to ensure that he finishes the work I paid him more than half plus paid for materials never got all the receipts he pocketed money from the materials the work was low quality low rate I could not would not recommend this man to do any work for anybody He will smooth talk you to death trying to impress you and let you know that he knows what he’s doing he has no clue he completely totally messed up my home and he will do the same to yours
1st call I told him the part was on order and I would call when received to make an appointment to install. After 2 calls to him without any return I had another company install the part. I give him 1 star because you don't have anything lower.
