There are better places in Charlotte for lunch... – Food is good, don't get me wrong but if you want to be served by rude person at the cash register this is right place for you. Choice is yours.
Good experience, Great Service, Huge burrito, Good Quality overall – I spent around 7.50 or 8.00 for a massively loaded chicken burrito and coke. The guy behind the counter (maybe it was Johnny himself?) was really nice and explained how to order and recommended certain items to put in my burrito. Mixed Feelings – First of all, I agree that you get a ton of food, and that it is good. However, I've eaten at JB and also at Salsarita's downtown, and while the flavor at JB is good, it doesn't always taste quite as fresh. And I do agree that the owner can be pretty rude if you don't play exactly by his rules. When you do, he is very friendly. Rude Owner – I have never had the owner of an establishment act so rudely towards someone who wants to use debit cards to pay for their lunch. Hey, Johnny Burrito, if you don't want customers to use debit/credit, why don't you switch to cash only? I've been going to his place religiously ever since they first opened. No more.

Great Burrito FAST!!!! – Hands down the best burrito in Charlotte made before your eyes in under a minute. Don't be put off by the long line running out the door you will be served in a matter of minutes, by one of Johnny's Burrito artists. These burritos are sooo big (football size) I don't see how they get them rolled up. Don't miss the Tamales on Friday either. I've never seen the health rating under 100 !!!!
Great food and excellent service – I was working in Charlotte for a few months and would visit this place for lunch at least once a week. The fact that you customize the burritoes separates this place from all other burrito places I have eaten at. Too bad Johnny won't come to New York.
Amazing place – I love this place. fast, very friendly service. The folks behind the counter seem to be having a *great* time. Plus the burrito was one of the best I've ever had.
Made a believer out of me! – World class burritos!! Although this is technically a burrito stand in upscale surroundings, the service is quick, efficient, and friendly. I drove my wife and 4 kids 45 miles to see if the reviews were all just hype: the burritos are unmatched in the Carolinas (and even by "authentic" Mexican restaurants). I wish that JB would open branches in other communities in the area. The food was fresh and exceeded my expectations.
