Took four hours to swap winter tires to summer. Blamed lock nuts that were in good condition that were also conveniently thrown out before I could look at them. Greedy old lady looked at the cash in my wallet and decided to charge me extra for the time it took their technicians to be incompetent instead of apologizing for the delay. After being a customer for a decade this was the last insult.
