I trust Johnny with our vehicles. He tells me the truth and if the manufacturer recommends something be done at a low mileage he gives me advice on whether it is needed or something that will last a lot longer. I have never felt overcharged. I only ask that our vehicles be kept in reliable condition and he and his family take good care of us. One receptionist is very disorganized and rude. Couldn't keep track of my appts and hung up the phone on me.
If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. We brought our car to Johnny’s B on March 31st for a safety inspection and minor body work. We were told it would be ready by April 11th, and that they would give us a call when it was finished. That timeline worked perfectly for us because we had a long trip planned that weekend. But guess what? No call. No update. NOTHING. We waited and waited—finally, we had to call them ourselves, only to be told that "the body repair guy wasn't showing up." Excuse me?!
