very disappointing We seated our self. Then not a single person come by to greet us. They greeted the people that came in after us. Then another couple came in. The two groups were waited on but not us, we left.

Very Disappointed! Very disappointed! My husband looks forward to eating at Johnny Brusco's every time he's in Kingsport. This time, he had myself (his wife) and our 3 children with him, so he was very excited to share the dining experience with his family. Well, we arrive at the restaurant and it is "seat yourself", So we find a table and we have a seat. We waited very patiently for our server, who, even after 15 minutes....never came. The best NY Style Pizza around This pizza was the best i have had in the Tri Cities no one comes close. My family and i just looked in the dex book and found this restuarnt.The coupons really work & they have another location in Johnson City. Take the family you'll have a great meal, something for everyone
