the johnny bruscos pizza in Kingsport tn. is very unprofessional and all employees is on drugs. The managers think highly of the burn outs while hard working family oriented sweet and nice women get picked on and wrongly accused of lots of things. Also the cleanliness is horrible. If you visit you will see. Spiders and bugs everywhere. nasty.

Is there an owner that reads any of these reviews? Haven't been back in a while, came back tonight for convenience. No table service, which is fine, but it's dark, tv's are out, tables are dirty, and there are three kids standing around. The last time we came it took almost an hour to get a pizza...Waited 20 minutes so far for bread sticks, only two tables here. We will see. Maybe a food truck concept at the soccer park would be a better business model. Just got our pizza, bread sticks still not here. Ughhh

This was my last trip to JB's. I hadn't been in since it went from table service to counter service. The tv's weren't on, no music either. The girl taking my order was literally jumping up and down. She couldn't wait to get back to her convo with her friend. I paid almost 14.00 for a drink, a slice of pizza and a salad. If I wanted the high school cafeteria experience I could've gone to Sam's Club spent half the money and received better food and service.

This used to be one of our favorites. Last time we were here it was not as good as before. But, we had a Groupon we had to use, so we came back. The garlic knots, which are usually outstanding, were hard and dry. There was about enough garlic butter for 1 knot. The pizza was very good, I must say. But, the place was being run by a bunch of teenagers with no adult to be seen. And, there were a LOT of teenagers all running in and out of the kitchen. Who knows who might be qualified to be back there or who is touching your food... read more

used to be my favorite pizza but lately not so much....undercooked and not well made. Ordered a large tonight, got maybe a medium --when we called to ask we were told it's half off pizza night tonight so that's what you get because someone messed up the dough. Hopefully it goes back to what it used to be and that would take it back to 5 stars

At the 135th street location and this will be my last visit. Each time I've come in the last couple years the service has gotten worse and worse. Workers are standing around, all empty tables (currently half in restaurant) have not been cleaned off...they haven't been touched since we arrived half an hour ago. They are out of beers, garlic knots (how is that possible?) service is slow and brought out the wrong drinks (sweet vs unsweetened despite asking specifically what was wanted) A pizza sat on the bar for at least 10 min... read more

Not even a star! The worst experience ever. Filthy dining area. The floors had food all over them and the tables were covered in crumbs. Waited an hour for pizza and baked pasta that looked dumped on a plate and was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted. It was disgusting! We will never go back.

went there tonight for the first time and left after 35 minutes. We should have known when we were seated at a dirty table and then my ice tea was sweet when I ordered unsweetened. the waiter took our pizza order and said 15 to 20 minutes. after 30 he came over and said where is your pizza- what did you order? he was going to check on it he didn't come back to the table so we got up and asked. it was not ordered and would be done in 15 minutes we left ps. there were only about 4 tables of people so can't say it was because t... read more
