The food is good. The ranch is good. Here's my question: if they won't cut your sandwich in half (they pointed out the utensils when I asked and told me I can do it myself), and they won't open your bottle of Coke (they pointed to the bottle opener when I asked them to open the Coke I purchased), and they call you up to the counter to come get your order.... what's the tip for? You cannot ask for a tip when everything is self service and you bus your own table. Tipping culture is out of control in the US.
