Today I was shopping for a shirt for my hubby. I was friendly greeted by Sandra who helped me select a lovely shirt for hubby. Plus she also mentioned the sale prices that are instore. Sandra was a lovely confident staff member who served me and it was nice to be greeted and to help me select items for my hubby. I would recommend this store for great advice and helpful tips any time.
Went in Saturday morning to grab some T - Shirts, sales lady was very friendly and professional even while multi tasking, helped me pick out shirts and size, up sold me a couple of items, all while serving other customers and a group of 5 blokes all afer matching gear, great quality & price , highly recommend
Had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life today with Mary , My partner felt so comfortable trying on so many things and so many different things she helped with colours / fabrics and was such a great help with getting us a whole new wardrobe!! We spent $1000 and saved more with their sales and we got a lot and I would say a lot of it was because how great she was at helping and being positive so thank you Mary !!
I wish I got the names of the two incredibly helpful women who helped me and my partner. I had bought him a gift card for Christmas that we somehow already lost, and they went to so much more effort than I expected to help us track down the gift card number and pin so we could still use it. They were also so kind and attentive while he was trying things on and we were browsing, I was so taken aback by how good their customer service was at such a busy time.
