Had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life today with Mary , My partner felt so comfortable trying on so many things and so many different things she helped with colours / fabrics and was such a great help with getting us a whole new wardrobe!! We spent $1000 and saved more with their sales and we got a lot and I would say a lot of it was because how great she was at helping and being positive so thank you Mary !!
I wish I got the names of the two incredibly helpful women who helped me and my partner. I had bought him a gift card for Christmas that we somehow already lost, and they went to so much more effort than I expected to help us track down the gift card number and pin so we could still use it. They were also so kind and attentive while he was trying things on and we were browsing, I was so taken aback by how good their customer service was at such a busy time. Was looking for a top for a Christmas present/photo shoot and found the perfect one. There were three of the size I needed on the shelf but they all had decent sized pulls on the front. I understand it’s linen but these pulls look like the material has got caught on a hook or something. When I asked the sales assistant if there was more out the back she said it’s all that we have out. Bluntly asked what’s wrong with it and I showed her the pulls. She said it’s normal. Hi Johnny Bigg We had a great experience Monday morning. The younger assistant helped us look at some Polo shirts we decided to go and compare with other stores at Penrith Plaza but came back without any purchases. We came back the senior assistant helped us and we bought 6 items 4 tee's and 2 Polo's the quality and service was above far the other stores. We will be back for more. Thanks Daren and Debbie.
