Excellent customer service and friendly staff
I took my son here today for a new wardrobe. The gentleman were both so kind and helpful. They carried all his stuff around, helped him with sizing. All in all a great experience for a teenager with low self esteem. He looks fantastic in all the clothes and has a smile on his face from ear to ear. Sorry we didn’t catch your names but know that my son had the best shopping experience ever. We will definitely be back.
I don’t think Jason could have given worse customer service if he tried. Unwelcoming, unhelpful, rude and just made us feel like a nuisance more than anything, like doing the basics of his job was too hard. Highly unlikely that we will ever come back.
