This review is 3 weeks overdue. I wish to personally acknowledge the outstanding customer service provided by Damita to my son, for a significant purchase. It is a real pleasure to spend time in this store with its excellent layout, range of clothing and dedicated staff.
Went into store Saturday morning to pick out some shirts for an upcoming holiday. I was greeted and assisted by Damita also showed me some shirts on sale that was similar to what I was getting. She was very friendly and helpful. Definitely be back to the Joondalup store. Thank you!
I recently visited this store and a lovely worker named Hannah was incredibly helpful. My husband came in looking for a new suit for his brother's funeral. She was so accommodating and went above and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend anyone to come to this store if the workers are anything like Hannah! I'd rate her 10 stars if I could! Thank you!
Purchased a Jacket on Thursday evening 27/06/24 and Fred who was on shift was an absolute legend. Best customer service, super friendly and very helpful. He deserves a pay rise or even better a supervisor/manager role. Fred went above and beyond to ensure that I was looked after while I was in the store, all of that whilst serving other customers and taking phone calls.
