Quick in and out visit to take advantage of a Special. Only to be disappointed that what I really wanted is not on Sale. And what is, though it's still good quality and fills the need. Was not available in the size I wanted and there was only one available in the next best size! Thankfully the Professionalism, Charm and Humour of the Sales Assistant. Tia, I believe Her name was, made up for the deficiencies of the store. Still, Joondalup remains a Favourite.

This review is 3 weeks overdue. I wish to personally acknowledge the outstanding customer service provided by Damita to my son, for a significant purchase. It is a real pleasure to spend time in this store with its excellent layout, range of clothing and dedicated staff.
Went into store Saturday morning to pick out some shirts for an upcoming holiday. I was greeted and assisted by Damita also showed me some shirts on sale that was similar to what I was getting. She was very friendly and helpful. Definitely be back to the Joondalup store. Thank you!
I recently visited this store and a lovely worker named Hannah was incredibly helpful. My husband came in looking for a new suit for his brother's funeral. She was so accommodating and went above and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend anyone to come to this store if the workers are anything like Hannah! I'd rate her 10 stars if I could! Thank you!
