Great service, great store for us big muscles. Great choice of music to shop too and the girls helping us today were so nice. One of them is Rose. Just her warm greeting and smile made me wanna shop more. They need a pay rise.
Walked in to Johnny Bigg Onehunga today and the service from the 2 ladies were extremely professional and helpful. I was clueless about what to buy for an awards night but after speaking with the Tall lady I believe she’s the manager. After yapping about why I’m in store and colors I’m after she offered several outfits and if I had the money I would get all 3 outfits but she made me feel confident in my choice which was a 3 peice Navy suit a nice white shirt, tie and even convinced me to get shoes to top off the full look. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a clothing store. At Johnny Big Homebush, the store manager was extremely rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful from the moment we walked in. While my mother, my wife, and I were simply browsing, he kept saying things like “don’t mess up” and “don’t ruin the clothes” instead of offering any assistance.
