Johnny Bechamel's brings wonderful handmade pasta, fantastic sourdough pizza, and seasonal ingredients under one roof. I've been a fan of its sister restaurants for some time. (Dio Mio, Redeemer Pizza) This place takes some of those concepts, lowers the volume, then adds culinary flare. If you love handcrafted, yet approachable food, grab a seat!
This place is such a great addition to the neighborhood! Incredibly solid food and service. All well worth the price and a cozy atmosphere. We loved the fresh pizza, pasta, drinks, and focaccia can’t wait to try more!

Second time at Johnny Béchamel’s and it’s just as good as the first. The hoagie salad with Napa cabbage, salami, and crushed potato chips is a banger, love that combo. Last visit I had the lasagna, a single layer pasta dish that was really well done. Tonight it was the summer corn pasta with green chiles, loaded with fresh corn and topped with a nice breadcrumb crunch, and the chicken piccata with a caper-loaded lemon butter sauce over pasta and a crispy cutlet topped with basil.
