I live in Cebu City, Philippines and routinely use this location as my freight forwarding company to receive my parcels in Cebu. I have never had any issues or problems with receiving my packages because of their fast, reliable service. I appreciate their reliability and great service.
I inquired about air cargo with Johnny Air to send Christmas gifts to the Philippines. They told me it would take 5 to 7 days upon flight date. When the package was picked up they told me it would take approx 10 days. But now they are claiming it will take at least 2 weeks. I INQUIRED SO I CAN HAVE A PROPER TIME FRAME. It will arrived AFTER CHRISTMAS. Why lie about lead time to people sending Christmas gifts??!? The website sucks it only says In transit to Ph for 8 days. No one knows where the packages are. I send a document to manila last October 21, 2025. Until this moment, the recipient did not receive it. I will continue to follow it up. They said they are doing their investigation.
