Mr Chalkley took my case after I was denied my disability. I was so grateful because I did not know how to appeal my case. Shortly after Mr Chalkley took my case I had a phone interview with him and he explained how things were going to work and that collecting my medical records was imperative. I communicated mostly with Tracy in the office after that and kept her up to date on my doctor's appointments while my case was pending.
