Don’t expect service from Johnnie and his staff if you have a claim. They just tout the company line. And, if you threaten to join the millions of hundreds of others suing State Farm in Oklahoma, Johnnie just laughs and says, “All insurance companies are involved in litigation.” Like it’s a badge of honor!!! And, they won’t tell you but you pay premium prices for your policies, but if you require service, they get to put refurbished parts on your car and call it all good.
