Absolutely terrible. We've been on the job for three days and there has been no service. The smell of urine is terrible. They are disgusting. Thankfully weve replaced them with another vendor.
dont do business with them. trust me, they'll talk a good game but when it comes to actually cleaning and vacuuming the toilets...they may or may not do it. I had several rent houses that i was renovating. I hadn't ever rented portable toilets before so i used a few different companies to see who was best. The costs were similar, but the service you get is way different. I had a much better experience with the other 2 companies than this one. do yourself a favor an don't bother with these people.
***UPDATE*** They just sent me another invoice trying to charge me for services I never received back from earlier this year. Im guessing unethical behavior comes naturally to them. I had to call the office constantly to get them to come out and service the portable toilets. They would claim that they had been out. I started taking pictures every week to prove it. they interpret 'weekly' service as 'whenever they feel like it' service. I was aggravating to have to call them nearly every week.
