I saw Doctor for the first time and she was very professional and pleasant. Listening to my problems and made me feel very supported and cared about. Staff was very kind. I sent email on Friday and got call back Saturday morning and got an appointment for Monday. Office is great!!! Thank you!
When you call, a recording tells you your wait time is under 5 min. If you stay on the line, you are disconnected in 6 min. If you leave your number, the recording says you won't lose you place in line. However THEY NEVER CALL BACK!! If you send a message through the portal, you don't hear back. Worst experience EVER with a medical practice. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
Everybody is very loving and caring
We have been a patient w Mantineo since 2017... and their is nothing more frustrating that when you are sick and really need to see your pcp their is no appt open for same day or next when Ill they tell you to go to urgent care or emergency room.
