If I could give zero stars, I would. First and foremost, the lack of communication was unprofessional. We worked with Fabiola Cardenas and Alma Pulido with New American Funding. This was by far the most unprofessional, painful transaction of purchasing a home we have ever gone through, from the lack of communication amongst themselves to the follow-through with all other parties involved.
