I wrote an online inquiry to this company many weeks ago. Never received any response at all - good nor bad! Time to move on I suppose
I reached out because we misplaced a pad for our fuel tank jack, and I think it was Mike who I spoke with. He arranged to send us a replacement at no charge. It's rare to encounter such excellent customer service! My thanks are immense! Should you find yourself in the Tampa Bay area, consider a beer on the house.
I Love the design of their gravity fed tanks but was looking for a better cart design as I needed to fuel a pontoon behind my house, so I built my own and connected the 2 tanks underneath so they use only one hand nozzle. (My main thought was to make it look cool and have off road tires) I attached a picture. Please feel free to use my design, just send me 10% royalties lol!!
