Was forced to use them through AAA. My car broke down at a ranch just 300-400 yards down a dirt road. The road is used everyday by Amazon delivery drivers and food delivery truck drivers. They refused to drive down the dirt road. They said that I had to get the car back to the main road in order for them to tow it. At this point my car was not operating correctly and was concern if I drove it anymore it would damage it further. They refused to tow it since it was a dirt road.
