We called AAA for service with a flat tire. Johnathan's Towing dispatched a driver. He called to confirm the address. He called again, insisting that he was at the correct property, but he wasn't. He tried to argue with me, stating he was at the right place. He has a strong middle Eastern accent but I do not have a name. When he finally arrived, he argued loudly with my husband about driving on the flat tire (a $200 tire) and ultimately said this wasn't his problem....and left. BEWARE OF THE SCAMMERS TOWERS!!! I have AAA and they have partnered up with this tow company and upon arrival to towing my car the Tow Tech tried to say that they can’t tow to my destination without charging me for the trip and even though i had triple A they were insisting to tow to a body shop and use my car insurance instead of my triple A coverage.
