Johnathan handled our property with extreme professionalism, elan and aplomb! The listing was challenging due to the level of renovation we did and the timing of when we hit the market. Johnathan, Congratulations to you on closing our deal on our condo. We are very appreciative that it was your expertise that directed us to put the property back on the market when we did. We don’t have any plans to spend time in Florida in the near future but you never know and we would certainly contact you. Thanks again. Elaine and Paul.
