In one session, Johnathon helped years of knotting and tightness. He used a few different modalities (cupping, Theragun, and a whole lot of truly awesome manipulation and massage) to get some movement of some pretty stuck muscles. I love that he channels his energy in pointed areas and overall his energy was wonderful. Best athletic massage I’ve had in the area. I didn’t hesitate to book another massage to continue the way overdue work my muscles need.
Johnathan is one of the best massage therapist I have been to. After hurting myself with CrossFit he definitely helped me get the relief I needed with my sciatic issues. Between the cupping, muscle manipulation, and sports massages he offers he is hands down the one of the best. Very professional and easy to communicate with also.
My experiences with Johnathan have been great. He is professional, attentive, knowledgeable and thorough. He has helped me with some injuries as well as old wear and tear issues. I'm thankful to have found him and have him in my corner as I continue to push my body and reach my goals in my middle age years.
Johnathan provides excellent deep tissue massage that provides relief of my muscle soreness and allows me to continue to push myself at gym to maintain my overall health. As a RN I am encouraging my patients to maintain their health and activity levels through diet and exercise. Johnathan focus on those areas where I tend to have more soreness and reduced flexible. Afterwards I feel great !! He great at working with me on those areas that need deep tissue massage. I highly recommend him for maintaining your activity level
Jonathan has helped me many times to work through injuries in my back shoulder and wrist. The cupping and deep tissue work has helped me stay injury free and find pain relief. He is always who I go to when I need a sports massage. He’s the best in the Lafayette area.
