My newest best friend is Joseph, from Lucky Chimney Dryer Vent Service. Joseph was early/on time. He got right to work, carefully covering the work area with drop cloths, setting up a vacuum and giving our chimney a comprehensive cleaning and inspection. From the booking to the cleaning it was a professional experience. Joseph was booked for a number of weeks but the day before my appointment I received a phone call confirming his inspection and cleaning with a 30-minute appointment window. Joseph arrived on-time, explained the process, inspected and cleaned the chimney (it's a new house for us), and then showed me the dust/dirt from the cleaning. Highest recommendation. Thank you to Joseph and his team.
Joseph was very professional and courteous during his visit. My chimney was cleaned very well and I got a lot of great recommendations from him about how to continue to take care of it myself. It was a pleasure to talk with him when he was here. The receptionist when I originally called was also very friendly and informative. I will use them again the next time I have fireplace needs.
Johnathan is top notch! He did a great job and he definitely knows his trade. I will definitely use him in the future.
