Johna did a good, thorough, and friendly job getting the basics down on my blood thinner history. The questions were not new or different that I have been asked before by others, but I did learn the pitfalls of an INR that is too high which nobody had ever mentioned before. So she added new information to me about this subject.
This is a great clinic, they get my INR more accurate than my Dr office did. They have help tips and people who work there. It was quick and painless. I love intermountain health.
