Dr Liu is great! The rating is for the woman who was to contact my insurance company about prior authorization for blood tests. She hasn’t called them or me back. When I call she’s unavailable to talk with and furtheremore they are supposed to be open until 5:00!!!! I called right before 4:00 saying they were closed !!! The message said that they were open from 9-5 !!!! It’s very disheartening and upsetting that such a fine Doctor has a staff member who is not following through and getting a prior authorization.
This doctor he is the best in every way. I'm so bless with this doctor and his stuff they really help me with my cancer thank you so much for everything.
