I moved up to michigan from florida n always had ear problems since i was 7yrs old tube after tubes tonsils out n still had time withhearing n Speaking sound like head was in a big fuzz ball n become a loaner so its around 1998 n was 27 years old with still problems n he sugest to recunstruct hearing bones n take out the disese eating away at my ears n hearing n put tubes in n he was like a miracle worker could here again no headache n no blood noses n frlt like i was included but now im now year 2019 sugested get ear aid wh... read more
I have been taking my son to see Dr. Zappia for many years. Ever since my son was about 4years old he has had ear issues and many ear infections with ear tubes. Around 9years old is when we started seeing Dr.Zappia and he is 16 now. Back a few years ago he has had a complete ear drum reconstructive surgery and even if his ear surgery was not successful and I do understand it can happen I still believe Dr. Zappia did his best. Probably time to retire. He talked in circles when questions were asked he didn't know the answer to and walked out of the appointment when he was challenged on prescribing a water pill for vestibular dysfunction. Instead of referring to someone who specializes in vestibular dysfunction due to a TBI he talked down to me and treated me as a nuisance, due to lack of knowledge on his part. Steer clear!
Dr Zappia is very knowledgeable and kind. He’s a pleasure to see. His advise is always good and any procedures he performed were grealy successful and brought me great results. His staff is very professional and kind and there is no wait past your appointment time
