Went to John to write up a will. As another reviewer stated, he was recommended as a participating lawyer through my legal services plan with my union. I felt he didn’t want to do what I wanted in my will and he was leading me to make other decisions. I also wasn’t prepared with certain information he requested and was basically accused of not wanting to give him information. He told me my will would need revision in a few years the way I wanted it and told me not to go back to him for that. He was rude and accusatory on man... read more
Mr. Olenski has been an attorney with my family for years. Very professional and really cares which is hard to find in a lawyer!
Zero stars. John was referenced to me for legal services to write up a will, through my union membership. We spoke for a few minutes before I mentioned my membership, when he turned on his heel and claimed to be too busy with another will, implying he felt the union doesn't pay him enough to take on their members. Why claim to participate with the union at all if you are going to refuse their clients? Unethical and sketchy.
