I would give them a zero if I could. The fees were excessive, $416 for a title transfer and a new license plate. Both women were curt at best and more nasty than curt. They were either unwilling or unable to answer questions in a concise manner. I transfer a fair amount of cars and always use the Ruth Miller agency. It is about a mile away. However I had to transfer on Saturday and Miller is closed on Saturday.

I had the pleasure of working with Camille to find the best car insurance, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. They have had all documents overnight since January and it June and they have processed my customer tag work. I have been on hold for 54 minutes and no one has picked the line up!

Went to Yurconic yesterday. Needed a tag for a vehicle I already owned. so I was stuck going to an agency that was online with Penn Dot. Tag, $38.00, Their agency Fee $40.00, then to add insult to injury, they have a card convience fee another $1.72. I said I have a check, they said sorry check machine is down. Seriously?

In order to complete my policy update and sign the appropriate papers, I visited the Northampton office for Yurconic. Not surprisingly, the representatives that I dealt with, Michelle H. Was not only pleasant and knowledgeable but also showed me the professionalism Present at the Yurconic agency. Michele was able to interact with Jose Garcia, my normal Yurconic contact, and expedited the documents necessary to make the changes that I wanted. Thank you for having such wonderful employees!

The incompetence was horrific. They lied to cover up their incompetence and created a lot of confusion and issues for me. DO NOT USE THEM- Not worth making them a middle man!
