Call to get information on apportion plate and the lady that answer the phone was a no help “we don’t do apportion plates on Saturday's I can’t answer no questions neither on a Saturday bout apportion” was the answer I got

Maybe you should learn how to change your scheduling during holidays. Says online you're open, we drive a half an hour away and it's closed. States 1pm Saturday it's now 10:30.
I was at John's in Sinking Spring, going on my 3rd road test, and anxious as could be. Alicia was incredibly helpful and put my mind at ease. And 15 mins later, after I passed she helped me register and get plates for the car I just bought. In what seemed like record time, the same process would have taken easily an hour at the DMV if no one was in line. The John Yurconic Agency blew the doors off waiting for months on end for an inconveniently timed DMV road test. Thanks guys!
