Terrible customer service and staff is extremely rude! We moved back to PA from TX and went in to get assistance with transfer of title to PA. There was still a lien on the vehicle since we bought it 2 weeks before moving. We paid the fee to get the title sent to the office and there were to call us when it came in. In the interim, we paid the car off. After 2 months we were confused as to where the title was so we called Ford Credit and they said they sent it to Yurconic in August! They are so incompetent that I have applied for my commercial vehicle’s license plates 2 months ago and it’s still not processed yet. Now they are asking me to pay $50 more to give meeee extension 🤭 wow 🤷🏻♂️. Does that really make sense?
