This is not the plumber you want if you are of color. I had a leak on the bottom of my hot water heater. I called my warranty company, Old Republic, and got John. Based on what I saw and heard from both the plumber and my tenants (in the home), the problem was solely with the plumber. He was VERY unprofessional, short and rude, and was not relaying true and accurate information.
