Rude when asked for a rough estimate. We ended up mutually disconnecting the call. Bad vibes from this guy. I’d suggest finding a different plumber who doesn’t seem deceptive when discussing the cost. Note similar reviews from others.

Paul did an outstanding job of clearing our septic pipe. We had a nasty back flow and he explained exactly what was going on and promptly fixed it. A+.
First time I called they were backed up on jobs for 2 months but when they came out for the first time to replace my plumbing they were highly competent, professional, efficient, and the cost was a little high but they did it right. If you need plumbing replaced or need a main water line from the street replaced use these guys.
I have called several times to have someone come out to give me an estmate. Apparently they are too busy. They have never called me back and 2 times have not answered the phone at all. Yes, i did call during business hours
