I have known John Yadegar and had a close working relationship with JYASF for over 25 years. It gives me great pleasure to say that JYASF has consistently been a highly competent, and ethical firm. John's commitment to his clients interest as their consulting engineer has been the cornerstone that has set JYASF apart as a prestigious San Francisco engineering firm.
While I was initially impressed with their work and efficiency, they didn't supply us with permit ready plans and didn't offer to fix it to comply with marin county specifications which is now forcing us to hire ANOTHER professional who can get us a permit ready set of plans. This has been extremely frustrating and a waste of money.
