Have been going to Hoover’s medical practice for several years. Always friendly service and very short wait times. The practice has expanded significantly over the years and is fairly busy, but I still feel the NP’s take their time and arent rushed. Always easy to get a last min appointment, they find a way to squeeze you in.
Wife was very sick and service was denied because of a $50 balance, explained their billing department that it was just a matter of calling the insurance and the issue was going to be fixed......still service denied. Doctor did not believe what I said.......doctor said I don't want to end up working for free as many people just disappear and don't pay......fair enough. Where is the doctor' s empathy now days? If I could give zero stars, I would. The service was terrible—they took blood samples and ran tests I never authorized. Now I’ve received a $1,700 bill from Quest Diagnostics, with no clear explanation of how this happened. I haven’t been able to reach anyone for answers. This feels like a complete scam. I will be bringing this to my attorney, and I’m interested in joining a class action if other clients have experienced the same issue.
My visit at doctor Hoover‘s office was great! I have been to many different doctors before, but I think I finally found a place that I feel very comfortable with. I found the staff to be friendly and very accommodating to my visit. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a high-quality physician.
