Disappointed and I feel like I’ve been played..Had an appointment as a new patient for a routine check up,didnt see the doctor once. They took blood work and now I have a bill of $1,100 from Quest... On the bill it states lab tests were requested by somebody I didn’t even speak to. I had a male assistant, not even an RN helping me..Would greatly appreciate if somebody from the office reached out to remedy this potential misunderstanding

I recently had an adult circumcision done at this clinic, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was respectful, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable at every step. My doctor explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and reassured me throughout the process. I visited this office and had an advanced lipid panel ordered along with a CT calcium score. Several of my lipid panel scores (apoB, triglycerides, etc.) are elevated and outside of reference ranges. The CT calcium showed some mild calcification. It's a huge red flag that over a month later, no one from this office ever called me to notify me of any of this, review the implications of my testing, or recommend next steps.
