It’s was my first time visiting for my sinus / ear Problem ,but not my last ! DrThomas was great kind and so was Rhonda at the front desk! Both the Most pleasant and to the point doctor’s visit Ive had :)
The BEST doctor I have ever known!!! ALWAYS gets the diagnosis and treatment right. Does NOT keep you waiting like other doctors. Does not waste your time making small talk. Gets right to what's most important, making his patients better.
I would give him a --10., this is the worst experience I have ever had with a supposed physician. After seeing him initially for what he termed a "chemical irritation" caused by a hair procedure (Brazilian blowout chemical got in my ear), and prescribed prednisone 30mg, tapering 5 mg/day, I went back 1 week later with throbbing pain in my ear.
