Friendly staff. And I love this place But wanted share that if you tell me at the time of check in that my amount is out of pocket at $X amount and then tell me it's a different amount bc you added on fluoride without my consent, that's bad practice. Then when I question it at checkout I'm told "oh you can tell us next time that you don't want it". No, YOU should have told me at the time of CHECKIN, (as you normally do the last several times that I've been) that I can be added or not. The fact is, you tell me one price, then... read more

I really appreciated how all the staff are patient and explain everything to my daughter who has anxiety around dental visits. They do a lot to make kids comfortable from the games in the waiting room, tvs on the ceilings, and toys at the end of each visit. It is hard to get a regular cleaning appointment in the afternoons when school is in session but that’s to be expected. Still would highly recommend and so convenient if you live in Mauka.

very welcoming staff, nice waiting room, the staff are really nice. my daughter didnt cry at all.
