We have been insured with John Willet since we first moved to Virginia 31 years ago. I have always been provided with courteous, efficient and timely service. Recently, I needed some personal business completed and late on a Friday afternoon no one in town was available. I called State Farm and they graciously agreed to assist. Not only did they take the time to help but provided copies for my home file. Thank you John, Mallory and Lisa for your time a efforts!
It was easy to get my policy started but it is not real comforting when you get nasty grams from the DMV threatening to suspend your registration because they have no record of the policy you have been paying on ( With auto pay.) since August when you purchased your car. And your policy is current and never lapsed I would think notification of the policy to DMV would be the FIRST thing on the list. I never had this problem with Geico, or Nationwide.
