I am writing in response to a follow up on my husbands behalf. He was sent for a consult from Pulmonology for a "Chronic productive Cough". Stress test and echo ordered and completed. Echo with concerning findings. We were told there would be an explanation,and after a detailed message was sent in "my chart" and a detailed vmail to nurse, he did receive a call that reported "all test results normal", no follow up till November.
