I had a very disappointing experience with this insurance agent. We moved a couple years ago, We gave them an entire months notice in advance to transfer our renters insurance from one apartment to another, and they failed to complete the request. As a result, we were unable to move in on time and had to purchase temporary renters insurance out of pocket just to proceed. I have been with John White for over 30 years. I have NEVER been unhappy with his office. He and his employees are wonderful. Especially Amy! She knows her stuff and has ALWAYS provided excellent customer service! I know 3 phone numbers by heart. My own, my mom’s and Amy at John White’s office.
