This is a very beautiful place but they need to hire new staff. Temaka lemon is very rude. does not know how to talk to staff or family.
this is what my aunt was served the other night, unfortunately this is a regular thing for dinner apparently is NEVER GOOD!! wish i could give zero stars
My father in law has been here for over a year. The staff care greatly for the residents! The facility is just the right size and always clean!
I can’t say enough kind things about Eileen and her staff. Thank you for being so attentive during my mothers recent illness . They go above and beyond to take care of their residents.
I just called today around 2:45 and I think a Dawn or Dom answered. Definitely was a women. No greeting, no warm welcome, nothing. And you could HEAR HER ATTITUDE. I WAS CALLING FOR INFO FOR MY FAMILY and immediately hung up. I'm in the service industry and customer service is number 1. So why have such and I'll mannered and toned woman be the first direct interaction to this facility ?? Rude isn't enough of an description.
