Dr. Bernsdorff is very good at what he does. I was extremely sick and he basically saved my life, in my opinion. He makes me feel very secure and I trust him. If you are in need of a great Dr. he is who I would recommend. Oh and I have to say I love all the staff, they are wonderful!!!!

The check in person was horrible. She was rude about procedures and acted like we should know what to do. She needs a refresher course on customer interaction. Sad because the doctors seem very good.

I've been with the same Family Practice for many years! I don't know what the purpose is of having all our notes online with My Chart if they are not going to be reviewed by the practice prior to answering questions regarding "what to do and which direction one needs to take" for wn ongoing issue that involves pain! I love my NP, but I believe the front desk, again, needs trained regarding etiquette! They cut you off in mid sentence, not listening to one's needs, and usher you off the phone! You can't even get an appointment... read more

When paying down our bill they kept saying that we owed more than we did. The wife told them all the dates, contact, and there own confirmation number of the payments we made. Yet they kept saying we owed more than we did. She told them that we were not going to pay any more until they got their account straighten out. They agreed. One month later they threw us in the credit bureau with no notice.
