Working with John on our new construction purchase has been the best experience! He has been “Johnny on the spot” with my many questions (and believe me when I say…I’m a lot) and he gives freely of his time and energy. He loves his job and it shows. He is also the first to spot an issue with a home and point it out. He really cares about getting you the best property for your money. We have already referred friends and relatives to him!!

As a first time home buyer John laid everything out for us and was there to answer stupid questions. He was very receptive with what our wants and needs were and gave great insight on homes that we looked at. He was quick with responses which lead to us getting a house that we love.

After speaking with a few realtors, we chose to work with John due to him being a skilled communicator, out of the box thinker, and well versed in reading people/situations. He had our utmost trust because moving from a different state required us to communicate even more frequently due to buying sight unseen. He is the hardest working, no pressure realtor we have ever worked with, and he really listened to what we wanted, helping us find a dream acreage within budget. 100% would use him again and recommend him to anyone!
