Very honest and hard working. No hidden fees no bait and switch, no upcharges no different packages. John and his team did amazing job on some pretty dirty carpets i would highly recomment them.
Professional, courteous, reasonable price.
They did a great job cleaning the carpet but keep an eye out, someone on the crew has sticky fingers. After they cleaned my downstairs I discovered one of my perfume bottles missing from my bathroom counter.
Didn't have any service done I was looking for a carpet repair for a bleach stain and this guy help me out so much just over the phone. He recommended me so good advice on how to handle the situation. Wish there wher more ppl like this guy!
