I’ve only ever had the best care and expirience at this clinic. I’m a T1D who deals with extreme fear of lows and I love that I feel heard and understood and everyone here has only been willing to help me get better . It’s not a one size fits all clinic, they really do try and find the best treatment FOR YOU. Yes Dr Webster is a very busy man (as he is very good at what he does and is worth the wait !) Excellent doctor. A shame the other review negatively reviewed Dr. Webster for something that was staff related for a medical group.
Horrible experience with the staff. Insurance referred me to them and went through a difficult process just to get them to see the authorization. They lied and said that they needed to see a specific doctor on the authorization when they are a medical group. My insurance sent two more authorizations. When I clarified that with them they said that the doctor wasn’t seeing new patients when their website states that they are. Horrible, misleading, rude, and unprofessional.
